Our new website is like a giant filing cabinet offering all property listings on Hawaiʻi Island, with a robust search engine and interactive map. Over time we anticipate evolving it into a knowledgeable local guide, answering many of your questions with a touch of aloha and a virtual smile, and sharing with you the sense of pride and respect we have for Hawaii’s land and unique culture.

Our Realtors are a team of professionals who are experienced and skilled in a wide variety of real estate services. We are all long-time residents of Hawaiʻi, have been in the real estate business for decades, and share a deep love for this special place.

Hawaiʻi Pacific Brokers (HPB) is expert in handling the listing and selling of residential properties, large agricultural parcels, legacy properties, and more. We now provide relocation services and property management oversight for those with second homes or vacation homes. Additionally, we have partnered with Cuveē Signature Properties, the international luxury vacation rental experience company that now has offerings in Hawai’i.
Charlie Anderson, who founded HPB in 2009, specializes in large projects, including land acquisition and responsible development, ranches and farms, and premier oceanfront lots. He is a highly skilled navigator of the various real estate processes, including transactions with the County and State, title and escrow, and non-profit partners.
Our Principal Broker, Julie Keller, and Broker-In-Charge, Hilary Millar, are both lifetime Hawai’i Island residents – Julie from Waimea and Hilary from Pa’auilo on the Hamakua Coast. They are graduates of the Hawaiʻi Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and both have well rounded real estate experience. Everything from helping local residents and first time homebuyer’s achieve homeownership, to high-end second home buyers, to vacant land and everything in between. They take pride in educating newcomers about the unique culture, history, natural wonder and incredible people that make the Big Island such a special place.
Sarah Bakewell, Broker, is Director of Business Development and Relocation Services. Sarah brings a depth of real estate experience to HPB, along with the development of a relocation services program to enhance client services for the company. We can now assist our clients with their moves within the Hawaiian Islands, or anywhere in the world.
In addition to all this, our partnership with Cuveē is a link to providing our clients and friends with personally curated vacation experiences like no other. And, Cuveē’s private estate management services, overseen by Valerie Rezentes, provide a peace of mind solution for second home and vacation home owners.
