Joseph David Richardson (“Dave”) has been in real estate since 1974. He has been a and Realtor on Hawaii Island for over 25 years. His experience ranges from ownership of his own real estate brokerage in both California and Hawaii, to his active participation in the procuring, development and sales of various real estate projects. His love is the back country ranch land and the very special coastline of his island home.
He raised his three children on island and in his early years, Dave and his kids made a point of traveling down every road that his 4 X 4 truck could traverse. Dave’s knowledge of the island’s hidden locales have earned him a reputation of finding the perfect property for his clients.
